Cookie Policy - mitla.shop

This Policy explains which cookies and browser storage entries (localStorage) mitla.shop ("Service") uses, why, how long they are kept and how to change your choice. Optional entries appear only after you agree in the cookie banner.

1. Necessary (always on)

Without them the site does not work or cannot do what you ask it to. They need no consent.

Mitla.Authentication (cookie, 14 days from your last visit): keeps you signed in.
.AspNetCore.Identity.External (cookie, only while signing in with Google): completes the Google sign-in.
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* (cookie, until the browser closes): protects forms against forged requests.
.AspNetCore.Culture (cookie, 1 year): the site language.
mt_products_view (cookie, 1 year): the catalog view (tiles or list).
mitla.cookieConsent (localStorage, until you change it): your choice in the cookie banner.
guest_id (localStorage, until you sign in): a guest's cart and viewed products.

2. Quick sign-in with Google (with consent)

The Google Identity Services script shows a prompt with your Google account so you can sign in with one click. Google may set its own cookies (for example g_state) under its own rules. The "Sign in with Google" button on the sign-in page works without this consent.

3. Analytics (with consent)

mitla.vid (localStorage, 13 months): a random browser identifier for Mitla statistics. It lets us count unique and returning visitors and join the tabs of one visit. If you sign in during a visit, that visit is linked to your account; earlier visits are not joined.
_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies, up to 2 years): visit statistics in Google Analytics.

4. Advertising (with consent)

_gcl_* (Google Ads cookies, up to 90 days): let Google Ads measure which ads led to an order. We do not enable ad personalisation or remarketing.

5. Statistics without consent

Without your consent we store nothing in your browser for statistics and create no identifier, including none based on your IP address or browser. The server only counts which pages and products are viewed, which search terms are entered (terms that look like a phone number or an email are dropped), the domain of the site you came from, the UTM tags of the link, the device type and the browser family. These records are not linked to you or your account and are kept for 13 months. Visits of administrators and bots are not counted.

6. How to change your choice

Press "Cookie settings" on this page or at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent switches the tools off at once and deletes mitla.vid; scripts already loaded on the page go away when you reload it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but without the necessary cookies some features will not work.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; after significant changes the banner asks you to confirm your choice again.
