Six steps from sign-up to your first order.

Create an account

Create a Mitla account or sign in to an existing one.

Apply for a shop

Enter the shop name and description, contacts for buyers and the city you will ship orders from.

Wait for approval

A manager reviews the application. The decision appears in your account notifications and is sent to the shop email.

List items from the catalogue

Find the item by its article number: the specifications are already filled in. Set the length, quantity, price and whether you cut to size.

Manage warehouses and reservations

Assign items to warehouses and reserve stock for your own jobs so that nobody buys it first.

Handle orders

New orders arrive in your seller account. Confirm the order and settle the details with the buyer in chat.

A few practical details before you start.

What can I sell?: Aluminium profiles, glass, gaskets and components for window, door and facade systems. Items are listed from the Mitla reference catalogue, so buyers see consistent article numbers and specifications.
Can I sell offcuts?: Yes. Enter the actual length of the piece. For full bars you can allow cutting to size and set a price per metre.
Can several people work in the seller account?: Yes. Add staff to your shop and assign them roles. Access can be limited to specific warehouses.
How do buyers receive their orders?: By Nova Poshta, SAT or pickup from your warehouse. You choose in the shop settings which options you offer.
What if my application is rejected?: The reason is shown on the application page. Correct the details and submit it again.
